Register as a Hosting Agency

By registering your agency or organization you are indicating, without commitment, that your crime victim service agency, organization or academic institution may be interested in hosting Visitors and/or Exchanging victim advocates with Agencies in other nations for a period of time and under specific conditions to be agreed upon later by the parties involved.

Personal identifying information submitted through this system will be held in confidentiality and only shared with hosting Agencies or individual Advocates with your express permission.

The International Victim Advocate Exchange Project is a voluntary, non-profit collaboration between victim service agencies, organizations or academic institutions in various countries. I acknowledge that there is no guarantee that the Project will be able to locate a hosting/exchange agency in response to my request.

I understand that agencies and individuals engaging in international exchanges or visitations do so totally at their own risk. The Project's involvement and legal responsibility ends when agencies and/or individuals are first placed in contact with each other. I understand and agree the Project does not have the resources to investigate participating agencies or individuals for the veracity of their professional or legal status, or for claims of financial dependability. Nor does the Project possess the resources to provide financial, travel or legal assistance or advice. I understand and agree it is the responsibility of participating agencies and individuals: to confirm the veracity of all claims and status themselves; to obtain the appropriate travel documents and authorizations to comply with national and international law themselves; and to provide their own funding and other resources.
