Cyberstalking Info: A UK-based service, which provides research, online articles and statistics, as well as support to victims of cyberstalking.
Network Abuse Clearinghouse: The Network Abuse Clearinghouse is intended to help the Internet community to report and control network abuse and abusive users. Since the best place to report abusive activity varies from one system to another, the NAC is trying to keep a master database of reporting addresses for users throughout the net to use. You can also find resources and help for many kinds of internet abuse situations on their site.
Stalking Resource Center: The Stalking Resource Center is an initiative of the National Center for Victims of Crime. Its primary purpose is to provide resources, training and technical assistance to victim service providers and criminal justice professionals in an effort to promote a shared, national understanding of stalking and to support locally coordinated, multidisciplinary anti-stalking approaches and responses.
WiredPatrol: This international online organization is dedicated to Internet safety for children and adults. They have extensive information on Internet crimes, cyberstalking and terrorism, kids' safety online, new laws and they even teach "classes" on various internet safety topics online, through an IRC chat system. Highly recommended, particularly their Cyber-Stalking 911 Guide: An all-encompassing report on what cyber-stalking is, how to prevent being a victim, how the police view cyber-stalking and what to do if you are being stalked
Working to Halt Online Abuse (W.H.O.A.): The mission of W.H.O.A. is to educate the Internet community about online harassment, empower victims of harassment, and formulate voluntary policies that systems can adopt in order to create harassment-free environments. Of interest is their listing of Cyberstalking Laws in the U.S. and the United Kingdom.
